The Woodbine Public Health Center is near the Nolensville Road
exit of I-440. From I-440, go south on Nolensville Road and turn
left on Peachtree Street (the first light). Take the third left at
Burbank Avenue. After crossing Valeria Street the
Woodbine Public Health Center is at the corner of Burbank and Oriel.
