    Nutrition Education and Information Services

The mission of this program is to promote healthy women, infants, children, and the elderly through nutrition information and the distribution of nutrition education materials. Services are provided to participants in the Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Program (WIC) and participants in the Commodity Food Distribution Program at the sites listed below. Outreach activities are provided at health fairs, Head Start programs, local schools, day care centers, and appropriate community events.
